Professional Summary
I am a higher education professional dedicated to advancing equity, access, and student success—particularly for parenting and caregiving students balancing academics, work, and family responsibilities within our community colleges. As I prepare to complete my graduate studies in Educational Leadership with Northern Arizona University, and beyond, my desire is to work extensively within a student services role, leading initiatives to give parenting and caregiving students a more prominent identity and voice within our community colleges, as well as expand holistic supports for this unique nontraditional student group.
My background spans administrative leadership roles across academic departments and nonprofit organizations, where I’ve streamlined operations, strengthened communication, and built systems that support both individual and institutional goals. I take great pride in fostering collaborative environments within higher education where faculty and staff can excel, and students feel seen, supported, and empowered to persist through every challenge.
