On numerous occasions Elizabeth has taken the initiative to tackle tasks, both large and small, that make the jobs of others in the office that much easier. She is rare in that with a minimal amount of guidance she can complete tasks that are both routine as well as new to her. Despite her focus Elizabeth is quite personable and has a keen sense of humor. She is an absolute delight to be around."
